Good day FB Family. Thought I would share a wonderful and healthy dinner.
Grilled marinated lamb blade steaks, veggies (mini sweet bells, crimini, white onion; one from our garden), roasted and blended eggplant (can't remember the name of dish), dal with chick pea, turmeric basmati, and sourdough pita.
Lamb was maninated with merlot, EVOO, smoked sea salt, garlic, fresh rosemary, black pepper, and Dijon mustard for three days. Veggies had a seasoning of: garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika, smoked sea salt, black pepper, and a dash of curry powder blend. Drizzled with EVOO and the sprinkled with the spices.
Dal was a blend of actual dal peas, red lentils, and chick peas with Ghee and smidge of sea salt and black pepper. Rice was basmati with turmeric, bell pepper, smoked paprika, pitch of chicken stock, and some leftover steam sauteed carrots with pineapple juice and sage.
I think that is it. Feel free to share what you had that was fun or interesting on your table recently.
P.S. The utensils were there only to cut up the lamb. Fingers for eating. Always fun! :D
