HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 13th

Hello beautiful Blenders,

Almost Friday. I read that some of you can use a bit of weekend. Hang in there, almost there.

Yesterday I managed to meet up with a friend for lunch, another friend joined with very said news. I hope she will be ok.

Other than that we used the final day of sun to go inline skating. Now it's raining.

We made sure that everything on our mobiles is backed up. Just in case they get lost, broken or stolen. We also made a cryptic list with the most important passwords in case our phones get lost or we get locked out of our bank accounts, email accounts, etc. I know, normally everything goes fine, but if something goes wrong it is always good to be prepared. In the past we met a lot of travelers in Asia who lost their bank cards or got robbed, waiting that their family send them money via Western Union. But it takes time. One poor fella was in a really bad situation and we borrowed him some money so that he could at least eat something. Anyway, that's not the plan. Is just being prepared. Only today and tomorrow than I leave you alone with all my planning stuff. Which brings me to the reminder that I'm still traveling on Sunday. CK I hope it is still ok for you to start the thread.

Let's move on to workouts. What have you planned? Will you do something in the morning, afternoon or in the evening? I don't know how my time will be. There is so much to clean and sort. Otherwise, something with strength.
