Hi all, I had surgery last summer with a successful recovery. However, I have one lingering weakness that I'm not sure how to address.
My grip strength (such as it was) has not come back to baseline. I play with scrunchy balls during work calls, but I'd like to do more.
Any thoughts or words of wisdom?
