Recommendations for a challenge after finishing Tasha's current one
Hello! I am really enjoying Tasha's 10 day challenge and am looking for a less intense challenge - even a 5 day one - to follow up with. Something with lots of stretching and gentle movement maybe? Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!
