Hello community and FitnessBlender masterminds! I am a new PT just starting to create workouts for my clients. I have a client who mentioned she likes hi-fit(?). I've never heard of it and I'm not finding anything specific on the interwebs. Can anyone tell me what that is? Secondly, I'd love it if some of you could look over this workout that I've come up with, I'm looking for opinions for this workout for a beginner who likes low impact but wants cardio involved.
Here is the workout, (Meant to be done with a slam ball, but could possibly sub for KBs). Please give me all the critiques and tweaks and ideas you have!

Wrote my own workout and would love opinions!
