New program / challenge idea

How about a muscle focus challenge / routine?

My idea:

A new workout every day of around 25 - 35 minutes (including warm up and cool down). Every day you focus on one specific muscle group.

This could be made as 3 different challenges with a challenge for upper / lower body and core.

Or 1 longer program in which every day focuses on a specific muscle group from a different body region. So for instance monday glutes (lower body) Tueday shoulders (upper body) and wednesday lower abs (core) and so on.
