Before we get there tho, we gotta get through today. So what does your day have in store for you, Blenderz?
Well for me, it's preparing for a ridiculously hot weekend. We're supposed to be in the mid 80s (F), which is far too hot for this time of year. So I'll be getting the house 'summer ready' to try to keep it cool.
And for workouts?
Yesterday, I did Erica's upper body negatives routine. Today, I will do something lower body. Not sure what that'll be just yet, but I'm leaning towards Brian's glute and hamstrings workout.
What's on the menu for today?
Not sure!
Finally, a pic! This may look like a beautiful serene setting of a gorgeous Red Admiral butterfly perched amongst some apple blossoms; but let me tell you the dark underside of this story. Red Admirals are an aggressive bunch, with a territorial streak. So while it looks like s/he is just doing their thing on that blossom, it's actually watching you. Waiting. Determining the perfect time to strike. That's when it will like flutter at you or something in an aggressive manner. So watch yourselves around Red Admirals. They're shady.
And always remember: butterfly watching goes two ways 👀
