HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group May 14th
Good Tuesday morning! We are already almost at the midday point in this month of May. What are your projects and/or goals for the rest of this month?
I want to finish the 30-day challenge. My upper back is so sore from yesterday’s workout that it affected my sleep. I should’ve taken a Tylenol before going to bed. I also need to shop for my new prescription glasses. My current frame is no good anymore, as I accidentally sat on it a while back. And I have a couple more medical tests to do.
I have three more days of work this week and then I’ll be off until the 27th. I’m trying to wrap up many projects before signing off Thursday at 4pm. I am skipping a 2-day meeting, because I really don’t have time, but it’s essentially training for managers, so it doesn’t concern me directly. But I will join everyone tonight at a restaurant for supper.
