Wondering if someone might be able to help me. I workout at the gym 3 days/week and do 3 mobility classes per week. i am really interested in some of the workouts in the 30 day challenge but not all of them, however, I really like the Swap function. My question is that I can only get to a couple of workouts here in Fitness Blender every week. When I add the 30 day Challenge to my calendar - I can only move the whole calendar around - I can't move individual workouts. Any insight in how I can manage this? Or do I just need to identify which workouts I want to do - write them down - go into the Workouts section and program them individually into my calendar? This is probably not a common scenario but trying to wrap my head around it. Thanks in advance for any insights! :)
