Workout Request

I would like to request a full back/rotator cuff specific workout.

I’m thinking:

- prone floor work (Superman’s, penguins, T-Y-I, snow angels, etc)

- row variations (wide, narrow, upright)

- reverse fly & reverse fly + row combos

- rotator cuff (external and internal)

- lat pull overs, etc.
