I am receiving some swim coaching over the next few months, 4 days a week.
However I really miss working out with FB and am also concerned that swimming on its own will not allow me to maintain the gains I’ve made over the last few months with FB programmes.
Any thoughts? Is there a good FB programme I can pair with daily swimming - a bit of exertion but not too much?
