Is anyone out there in a “don’t wanna” mood today? 

Total Body Balance Walking Workout

This is a low-intensity routine for days when you just don’t wanna workout but deep inside you know that if something could get you up and moving without much thinking, you may reconsider! It’s all-standing, uses low ranges of motion in the lower body, and doesn’t even require shoes... if you don’t wanna :) 

We follow the theme of balance so your mind is sure to stay busy between that and coordinating our dynamic movements. Aside from the don’t wanna mood, use this as an active recovery, a short movement break (by completing just 1 round), as a way to practice your balance, or in any other creative way! 

You may be thinking, “If I’m not up for an intense strength, HIIT, or (fill in the blank) workout, then what’s the point?” Consistent varied movement is part of what makes us feel our best and makes a fitness routine well-rounded and sustainable.
