Supporting each other dealing with hypermobility!

Hi all, not sure if there are many of you out there, but I learned that the reason I had such weird pain and other symptoms the last few years is hypermobility! I LOVED doing hard workouts, but had to stop and lost a ton of strength because those intense workouts will trigger symptoms until I rebuild my strength and stabilizer muscles! (I've seen a doctor and few PTs to help me figure this out!) Anyone else out there starting over after realizing the need to exercise a little differently with hypermobility, ehlers danlos, or other chronic issues? Share your thoughts, questions, exercise modifications and encouragement!
