Good morning Blenders. I wanted to post a thank you to Haley. I have had a rough several months. I won't go into details but I have been using the following two Wellness Videos to help with anxiety and sleep.
If I play them softly enough to still hear them, they are still there to listen to or if I fall asleep they don't wake me up again. Playing them on my iPad means that they stop playing automatically. I tend to wake up to sounds. All to say that it works for me and I am thankful for that.
