Energizing At-Home Walking Workout

Light-intensity cardio and healthy movement is so soothing for times when our motivation and energy is low. Taking 30 minutes to improve circulation and prevent stiff, achy joints and muscles can help improve mood and your general outlook on exercise. Sometimes, just a little bit of activity can lead to a total mindset change! 

Research shows that the number of steps we take on a daily basis can lead to improved cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, and better circulation with as few as 4,000 steps! If you’re struggling to achieve that milestone, doing workouts like this one can be an excellent way to boost your step count and cardiovascular health at the same time. Plus, you’re getting the benefits of multidirectional movement that can be challenging to achieve with normal walking.
