Setbacks and daily struggle for motivation

I am back after a two week break full of sick kids, days without daycare, back pain and what not…

Taking care of kids and doing chores is a workout in itself, right? Usually I am riding my bike for daily stuff..

I am probably too hard on myself and disappointed I was not able to squeeze in any workout. Also not motivated enough…

What do you tell yourselves at times like these to not lose confidence and motivation?
