Hi Everyone!

It is Wednesday, how will it be for you?

It is so sunny this morning but this means it is cold cold cold. Just means I need to walk faster to stay warm.

The cycling class last night was intense! I was so sweaty I could not believe it. It was pretty warm in the room though. I did a little run warm-up and an upper-body workout beforehand. Today I could barely open the door at work! I will head to the gym after work today and do a hill run on the treadmill (hence the picture) and add some core and back work in. Maybe take some tips from FB to get going.

I also have to share what we had for dinner last night. I didn't take a picture because I was so hungry I could not wait. I used leftover black lentils, roasted yam, and mushroom and added caramelized onions with garlic to make a layered tortilla pie. There was cheese and a spicy red sauce in the layers as well. Topped with cheese, black olives and green onion. It was so delicious and filling. Simple salad on the side.
