How about a marathon, but home workout style? 

Full Body Strength and Conditioning

To me, a marathon is exactly what this workout felt like! Like any longer journey, we break it down into “legs” or smaller sections. We start with our 2 longest sections, lower and upper body strength, and then head into a section about half the length for functional and traditional core, and finally, end with some bodyweight cardio. 65 minutes in length, we cover strength, functionality, and cardiovascular benefits and work as many muscle groups as possible to result in a thorough and well-rounded conditioning experience.

A workout like this can be fitting if you’re craving to cover it all, if you have more time, or if you are looking to push further out of your comfort zone to prove how much you are capable of.
