I hit a milestone for me with FB today: 5000 workout completes!

I celebrated this by doing a tried-and-true absolute fave with Kelli and Daniel: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/lower-body-workout-with-kelli-and-daniel-40-minute-at-home-butt-and-thigh-workout Not only is this a great workout, but it's fun--and Daniel and Kelli are seriously hilarious. They make you (almost) forget that your muscles are absolutely screaming!

And the bloopers! Who could forget the bloopers!

I was doing ok watching them...until Mr. Loki made his way on screen; and he said 'Hello' 🥺. Not gonna lie, I lost it there, and cried like a baby.

I think about K & D and Loki a lot. I hope you guys are doing as well as you can. You are all greatly missed, and greatly loved here.

And thank you, K & D & the entire FB Team for 5000 workout completes. You guys are the most amazing place on the whole interwebs. I am grateful for all that you have created and shared with us over the years.
