I'm currently on an antibiotic that apparently has a risk of temporarily weakening the tendons. I feel fine and could use some light movement, but for the next 3 weeks I need to go easy on those tendons. Do you have any suggestions for workout types? I'm guessing HIIT and heavy weights would be a bad idea.
