Yesterday’s workout, (the first in months), proved to be a milestone in many ways!
Not only was it an awesome workout, but I accomplished three things.
1. I was able to take “active” breaks (ran in place).
2. I was also able to do numerous, continuous jump squats (barefoot) without pain or fatigue.
3. I had no shortness of breath.
I thought the jump squats were a fluke, so I tried again today, and woohoo! 🎉

The first (and only) time I did this routine was 11 months ago. I have noticed a significant change (for the better).
