And welcome to our October editions. Martine is already looking out for Christmas decorations and I was curious so that I checked if the shops already offer Christmas sweets. Some do. But I will first decorate for Halloween.

I thought it is good when I take my current situation with my work hassle and my back not to serious. Hence the quote. My husband said going to a solicitor tomorrow is an interesting experience. And he is right, that's how I should see it. I never really did that before. So just be curious what happens next.

What about workouts? My back is much better but still not ready to jump. Maybe a short walk or I try some stretching. We will see how I feel later. But what have you planned? Is it self-care Sunday for you or are you busy with something?
