But let's start with workouts. I had grand plans to tackle Tasha's 20/20 cardio and strength workout, but alas, I'm still pretty sore from that Wednesday lower body Tasha workout, both in legs and upper as well from holding those weights. So she still managed to kick my butt😅 Anyway, I settled for working out the only part that's not sore with some core work:
But what about you? Hopefully you got the movement that works for you and modify if it doesn't. Happy moving! Or not moving. You get what I'm saying.
Now what about your food! It doesn't require much thought for me today as it will be pizza. All the look forwards to that!
Picture turns our Friday into a Flower Friday with some Spanish Needle. I've shown these guys off before. Simple white flowers serving as an amazing nectar source for the bees. The name of the flower gives you a clue, but otherwise you'd never guess that the seeds are really good at sticking to your clothes. If you walk through a patch of them be prepared to look like you glued little black needles onto your clothes like it's the latest fashion trend. I speak from experience that it's really not.
