If you could design the perfect workout, what would it look like?

I’ll start!

Duration: 40/45 minutes

Training type: pure strength training and pilates

Equipment: dumbells, band and mat

Format:

- warm up (5/6 minutes, no jumping)

- abc (lower, 2x)

abc (upper, 2x)

abc (lower, 1x)

abc (upper, 1x)

core finisher (bored easily, 8/10 min.)

- cooldown (max 7 minutes, pilates inspired)
