I used the word ‘ultimate’ because we’re going to demand work from the legs through multiple training types - strength, power/cardio, and isometrics. It’s a 3-part workout that will increase your strength, muscle growth, endurance, and function, along with balance and core stability. Although this workout can seem like a lot, I want you to remember that we can do challenging things and empower ourselves, too! Although this is a 50-minute level 5 routine, your heaviness of weights will play a large part in the perceived difficulty, and as usual, I share helpful modifications along the way.
I felt that this workout was a great gauge of how my conditioning felt as a whole for my legs/lower body. I can see it being a workout I come back to frequently to see how I perform and feel! See ya in the workout soon!
