I just finished Ali’s new weighted workout that came out a few days ago. Generally, I don’t like yoga that much. I prefer lifting heavy weights and HIIT. However, I know that variety is the spice of life, and it’s best to vary your movements. Plus, I like Marina and Ali’s style. So, I do yoga every once in awhile.
I have two program ideas.
One, a yoga-centric program that also includes cardio. The 2 week yoga program that came out this summer was nice, and I completed it. But it seems like you should add cardio in somewhere. So this program would have cardio dispersed throughout.
The second idea has more weighted, yoga inspired strength. I would call this one “Yogi Strong!”
