Why You Should Tune In: Life can often feel like a delicate dance between chaos and calm. This class offers you a chance to find your center and feel grounded. As we explore mindful breathing techniques, you'll discover how to anchor yourself in the present moment and not think too much about a worry or concern that has not happened yet, and may not ever happen at all. These standing postures teach me how to practice being right here, right now with my focus and attention to detail so that I don't fall. 

Balance for Body and Mind: Through intentional movement, you'll build core strength, improve posture, and enhance coordination. Beyond the physical benefits, you'll also cultivate mental resilience, learning to gracefully navigate life's challenges with poise. There is something integral here about learning how to fall out of shape, and how to get back up again.
