Hi guys, it's been a while. As per my normal I workout super dedicated for a while, then I get distracted and forget until I get a severe headache and remember I'm supposed to stay active 🙂
Anyway, I did a stint of workout classes at the gym, then stopped going because it was chainsaw season. I'm now done with chainsaw season for a few weeks at least until the foundation is set and all the machinery is off my property again. Footings are in, foundation walls are in and curing. Backfill and slab come on another week or so. When those guys are done, I'll gather friends and family and build the garage eventually. Hopefully it won't take too long. It's been a long hectic year with a lot of setbacks. I've run 1 5k and I have a tough run 5k next month. I've generally been active, with walking, a little kayaking, and such, but I haven't been focused. So I just put an old program on my schedule on a whim after going for a 3 mile walk/jog. Tomorrow might be a challenge lol
