My husband and I do a two-mile run every morning to get the day started and some days it's great to come home and do a finisher, which I normally scroll and find something that works, but it'd be great to have a more intentional plan to it. So if FB is looking for ideas, just sayin'. Maybe a 3-times per week type thing?
