Workout program suggestion! πŸ’ƒπŸ½

I’d like to suggest to the team of Fitness Blender (love the development you did Daniel and Kelli!) a workout program for females with PCOS!

As someone who has to live with this condition for as long as I can remember, I’m sometimes picky as to what workouts to do and not do, how many times a week and how much to lift and for how long and in what capacity and frequency I can do them.

Too much hiit doesn’t work for PCOS as it inflames the body raises cortisol levels to a new high and it kind of makes things worse.. (had to learn this the hard way)

I always find myself building a program that fits my week and my energy levels but sometimes I find it hard to compose something new that works.. I do opt for low impact Pilates infused strength training and toning workouts in addition to one kickass workout a week (or without) but I’d really love to see a program made specifically for us women suffering from PCOS πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

I hope that this request finds other women’s fancy in this community πŸ˜‰
