Sweet cravings

Hello!

I’m making efforts to eat better as a way of thanking my body for the hard work it does. It’s difficult for me at times because I have such a sweets addiction, specially for things that are crunchy and sweet.

This morning for breakfast I almost reached for the chocolate Chex cereal box, but in keeping my agreement with myself I opted for half an avocado, 2 slices of whole wheat toast with a bit of strawberry jelly on top (no butter).

Is there anyone here that feels this way? What are some of your favorite sweet tooth swaps?
