I always work out barefoot but I notice that none of the trainers in the videos do. I'm starting to wonder if there's a reason for shoes even if I work out on my living room rug (which is not slippery). Is it safer for the body in some way to use shoes or can I go ahead and continue working out barefoot? Thank you!
