Listed below is my newest (and possibly most favorite) workout! 😍 Love the combination moves (cardio + strength). I subbed in jackknife crunches and oblique crunches for Turkish getups. Otherwise, the routine was unchanged.
The best part is that I never became nauseous, lightheaded, or short of breath. I’ve never felt so accomplished. 🎉
