I have a suggestion I stumbled upon while doing Daniel's Kickboxing, Kettlebell and Core Workout... I kept choosing weights that were just a tad too light or to heavy and I was too lazy to switch during the interval ;) I love the bored easily format, but I would like to have an easy way to remember where I am currently at with my weights, especially for those no-repeat-workouts... is there a way we could have a notes section that is either a general one, like a notebook for just "stuff", or a sort of chart to fill in the weight we are using for specific exercises?
Just a thought! Off to make a horrible excel chart now, which I am absolutely awful at and probably going to forget where I saved it ;)
