Good Tuesday morning!

What will make, or has made, depending on the time of day you read this post, this day a good one, or even a great one for you? I’m thrilled to have hit a new lowest weight this year, having lost 6 pounds since January. The scale is only one of the ways that I measure my progress, but seeing the number tending downwards is encouraging. Sure, I could’ve drastically cut calories and have lost a lot more weight, but I am looking for a sustainable lifestyle change, not a quick-fix diet. Slow and steady wins the race, as they say.
