I went from working out from 4 times a week to maybe 1 or 2 times week in the last year. I had changes in my household that did not notice me to work out for the 4 times in the week. I was also very stressed at work which did not help my motivation to workout in the afternoons. I was also planning my daughters 3 year old party in the middle of June so I had a lot of family at my house. I do not like workout when I have family members at home. I do not feel comfortable. With all this going on, I got used to not working out so I only worked for a day week maybe two. How can I get my motivation back? Is working out one day or two days a week still helpful for me? I try to do some stretches at night but nothing like a full 10 minutes or more, only about 3-4 minutes long.
Working out o eve or twice a week helpful?
