Skipping workouts/No motivation

Hi, Fb Family.

I want to ask for your support here. For the past 2-3 weeks, I've been really irregular with my workouts. With my period cramping, cold, job, and personal issues that are mentally exhausting; I've been negligent with my workouts.

I read the article and I also looked at the short describing how to combat it, but it's really difficult to sometimes. I want to stop feeling so bad for missing it.

What do you guys do when you miss out on workouts and when you feel a tad bit upset about it?
