Workout structure

Hello y'all!

I was looking at my stats and I was wondering what is the correct balance among upper body, lower body, core and total body workouts.

I've attached my stats for the last 30 days.

I guess it depends on my fitness goal and on my body type:

- my fitness goal is to stay healthy and fit

- I think my body type is pear

I was wondering if there are general guidelines.
