Happy Valetine's Day everyone and what lovely gifts are you giving to your loved ones on this special day? Because I got a charka bracelet with a dragonfly on it and I alos got dragonfly earrings, for my lovely Valetine's day gift from my mom and I love them in fact I'm wearing them right now. Moving on to workouts yesterday I had a killer core workout with Amanda and it kicked my butt and I was thinking that I should have done the yoga workout instead, the workout that I had for today was a lower body and HIIT workout with both Kellie and Daniel.
I can already tell just the first week into the program that the workouts are going to be very challenging for the body and really pushing you to the limit, to the point where you have really sore tight muscles after the workout. I felt like that for a couple of days after the upper body workout that I had on Saturday with Daniel my upper body was feeling it the next couple of days, but now my upper body feels a lot better and will feel so much better after the nice stretching workout tomorrow. So what do all of you ladies think about this program because, I can tell that I'm really tearing the muscles and building new ones after each workout that I do everyday.
