So finally today I find myself able to do lunges after months of having to avoid them due to my knee issues. Both reverse (rather shallow) and curtsey! all body weights only but I am still pretty happy.
AND a personal all time first! single leg squats! also BW but to be honest I felt unsure I would ever get there! Feels solid too.
So now it's a case of being super careful and adding a little weight when the time is right and then hunting down the final nemesis- forward lunges.... I am coming for you!!!
