No kneeling pilates/yoga or subsitute exercises for bursitis

Dear blenders,

I just developed a bursitis in my knee and can't put any pressure on it. My most used routines are unfortunately Pilates and Yoga stretches, so I'm at al loss here... I can still do all the side-lying and standing exercises but am not creative enough to think of something to replace leg lifts, bird dogs or child pose.

Does anyone happen to have recommendations for videos that have no kneeling? Or can suggest how to hit the glutes without leg lifts? And stretch the back without child's pose etc? Fellow sufferers, please point me to your favorite videos;-)

Would also love to hear about your experiences with bursitis and how long it took you to get better.
