Shoveling workout suggestion

Having just shoveled the driveway two days in a row, I'm thinking it would be cool to have a warm up, cool down, and/or PT designed shoveling recovery workout!

Heavy wet snow. I rotated which side was doing the lifting, but still lower back and core is sore!!

Just an interesting niche idea here. ❄️❄️💙💙
