Yoga thoughts

Since I started working out with Fitness Blender I have come to really enjoy the yoga-inspired stretches at the end of workouts. The addition of Marina and Aly has given me a great opportunity to explore Yoga more deeply. I do find the yoga workouts help me to increase my flexibility and relax. But I am unfamiliar with the names of many of the poses that are called out and it's incredibly difficult, for me at least, to look at the screen while in many of the poses in a workout. Is it just me? Maybe I need to watch a workout before I attempt it. I'd love to see some basic very short videos that introduce poses and specific flows to yoga-newbies like myself.
