Just wanted to share a small success. Even though fertility treatments had been looking good this fall, I'm still not pregnant. Today, my coworkers threw a colleague a baby shower. Normally, I'd be so devastated that I wouldn't be able to function, but I have done workouts two days in a row...which is INCREDIBLE for a teacher at a poor public school! I'm proud of myself for being able to still take care of my body, even when I'm constantly reminded that it's not able to do the thing I need it to. I'm still devastated to be reminded of my infertility, but I'm not letting it stop me this week :)
