Update on me..

Thanks for all your kind words to my last post last week. I was feeling meh and you were all so kind. I took a weekend of from chores, I took a week of from working out and I just chilled. I started doing some workouts again this week and also went climbing today. I feel lots better and happy (even now while on my period.. the feeling meh had nothing to do with that btw). I really need to give myself some time of now and then. My son will have a school holiday in 2 weeks. I took 2 days of from work during that week. Going to take care of my energy levels a little better from now on.
