Hi, I just joined FB Plus after having used and loved the workouts on Youtube for the last 12 months or so. I was particularly interested in the food plans and excited to see content written about using whole foods as close to their natural states. So I was particularly disappointed (and CONFUSED) to see that there are mainly low fat ingredients used, which of course impact the macros (ie I would therefore have to recalculate the macros if I was to use full fat, unadulterated whole food options like cream cheese, yoghurt, milk etc).
I really thought the low fat myth had been debunked??
I am unsure now how to interpret the nutrition stuff that's offered and would truly appreciate some insight into why low fat foods (which are generally speaking higher in sugar and less satiating) are sold as the go-to options here please. Many thanks,
Low Fat??
