So I’m pretty satisfied with my body shape and don’t want to lose too much.
I’m scared I’m going to work off fat and lose my curves and look like a noodle.
A year ago (before my pregnancy) I lost 20lbs doing a HIIT Program. I looked good but also looked super lean and shapeless.
Would you suggest a strength training?
