hi all, i have been working out with the free fitness blender workouts for two years. i love level 4/5 total body strength training / lower body the most. i have always been petite but lost alot of my curves since having triplets almost eight years ago. i have a very up and down figure and looking for some workouts or a program that get me fit and an hour glass figure. particularly defining the waist. any ideas?
