Looking back, several key progresses I believe I’ve made in past 12 months would be :
(1) Continue evolving from a pure cardio junkie back in gym days to have more strength training in the mix.
(2) Learning to appreciate benefits & challenges of compound exercises like total body strength.
(3) Consciously incorporate yoga as active recovery days. I started by following a YouTube channel recommended by my wife over a year ago and glad to see more in FB mix now with Marina on board.
I would like to thank the expanded team for introducing new dynamics & wide varieties of workout. (Special shoutout to Tasha whose many videos have made up majority of my favorites, along with Daniel’s!)
Once again, big thank to the entire FB team - trainers, mental health experts, nutritionists and the crew behind the scene for this superb platform allowing me to totally changed my fitness & wellbeing over the past 2 years. So looking forward to the rich contents coming up week in week out!
2nd Anniversary with Fitness Blender
Making an annual post here on my relationship with FB since joining as member. (Last year’s post: https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/26177/1-year-anniversary-with-fitness-blender)

(4) Heeding my physio’s advice in getting a foam roller which has helped tremendously with my niggling lower back pain. I learned a lot fromelli (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/total-body-foam-rolling-workout-with-stretching-breaks) in various techniques to apply foam-rolling on all major muscle groups.

Moving forward, an area I aim to work on is core balancing. Plenty of these genre of workouts are still very challenging to me, including one particular oldie from Daniel (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-low-impact-workout-advanced-functional-strength-balance-and-core-workout).
