Just hurt myself, seek advice

Hello all,

I'm Daniel, started exercising semi-leisurely 1.5 years ago.

I managed to injure myself (cervical spine) during jumping jacks. My neck is totally blocked. Probably will be out for a few weeks.

I managed to do it two years ago during my sleep in same area.

I thought about it and I will probably try to reduce dynamic movement like jumps from my future regime, try to keep things low impact and start doing more static movement / pirates.

Do you have some videos you would recommend that are in this nature?
